  • Carpet Cleaning

  • There is a science to carpet cleaning.  We identify the origin of the stain and can pre-treat before we start the cleaning process. There are different chemicals to use on pet stains, odor or urine. Red and blue stains prove to be some of the most difficult stains to remove.  However, we do everything possible to remove those stains. All of our carpet cleanings are done from a truck-mounted system which offers superior carpet cleaning.

  • Pet Stains/Odor

Pet stains may not come out because of pH or time. Pet odor normally comes out; however, if the odor is from uring, we highly recommend an enzyme treatment. It takes the enzyme 48 hours to work. Once treated we will schedule a cleaning 2 days after.

  • Coffee, Soda or Dirt Stains

If you have a coffee, soda, dirt or grease stain, these normally come up with no problem. However, if the stain has been left on the carpet for a length of time it may not come out. Best recommendation would be do not let the stain sit for days on end.

  • Nail Polish & Paint Spills

If the nail polish or paint is still wet we may be about to get it out. If it's dry, depending on the type of carpet we may be able to remove it. Aceton in nail polish remover can melt some types of carpet.

  • Red or Blue Stains

When you schedule your carpet cleaning, if you have any red or blue stains please let us know.  We do have a chemical that removes most of those stains; however, it depends on the amount of time the stain has been in the carpet.

  • After Carpet Cleaning

Once your carpet has been cleaned and the furniture placed back in the room (on blocks/tabs) we ask that you not remove the blocks for 24 hours.  This is due to the amount of time it takes for the carpet underneath the furniture to dry. Drying time takes between 3-5 hours.  If it is humid outside the drying time will take longer.  Please circulate the air in your home (use ceiling fans) this will help with the drying process.

Scotchguard – Scotchguard need only be applied approximately every 2 years. This can vary depending on the amount of traffic the carpet endures. Carpet cleaning between applications will not remove Scotchguard.
